Shipping Time
All our products are only sell on the European Union. All items are being shipped from the France. Orders placed between Monday 10:00am(PDT) to Thursday 12:00pm(PDT) will be processed within 1-2 business days, and orders placed between Friday to Sunday (PDT) will be processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders received during holidays will not be processed until the next business day. Holidays include, but are not limited to: Corpus Christi - 08/06/2023

Your products may arrive on different days, it depends on your distance from our warehouse.
If the transportation period is the major shopping festivals such as Black Friday, or going through some bad weathers, there will be some pressures on transportation, the delivery time may be delayed by 3-7 business days, thanks for your understanding and patiently waiting.

Our goal is to maintain our normal shipping times throughout the year. Despite our best efforts, we occasionally experience unexpected shipping delays. In the event we have a delay, we will make every effort to return to normal shipping times as quickly as possible.
Tax & Duties
Note: our product prices have already included taxes and duties, but additional taxes and duties caused by customs for import at the destination would be afforded by the customer. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery time, and shipping costs.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without incurring any fees. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that an order may be cancelled, as it may already have been shipped or may be in the production process.
A return or exchange may be made on any stock item purchased from Canopee within 30 days of delivery date. Customers are required to pay all shipping cost for returns and exchanges. Refunds will only be granted for merchandise that is unused, unopened and still in its original packaging. Canopee will not send boxes to the customer for repackaging an unused item to ship back to us. Canopee is not responsible for consumer error when ordering online. Impact Canopies will not honor requests after 30 days of delivery date.
Please inspect package upon arrival for any missing or damaged parts. Damaged or missing part claims must be made within 72 hours of receiving the package. For any questions about damaged or missing parts please contact our customer service department.
